How long does my order take to ship?

We will ship it out within a week. Should we need to restock our products to fulfill your order, we may need an extra week. We’ll update you on progress and try to get it out for you as soon as possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy? 

To help sharpen the quality of your decisiveness, we do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations...once bought, considered sold.

All products will be quality checked and packed with my perfectionist motto and will be shipped from the Singapore Post Office. I do believe SingaporePost will send your purchase well. In the event that the items are lost, well, that’s just too bad. =(

If you need to add or change the item purchased, please contact me first to check if your order has been shipped out. If it is not yet shipped out, make the new purchase first and we will refund the earlier order. If has been shipped out, well… i’m sorry, take it as a learning opportunity =’)
